Better than my own relatives. They’re a gorgeous family, who we’ve known for about 15 years. I helped raised the kids, and now that they’re older (12,10 and 8) it’s like these little guys are my friends/siblings/children. Their parents are 40, and inspire me to get married and have kids while pursuing all my dreams. They really are exceptional and I consider them closer than most of my family members. Our backyards are connected, without a fence or anything, so we just walk over and share the grass and in the summer when we roll out the slip and slide we stretch it across both yards. On Fridays we usually do happy hour, finger foods and drinks and it’s our time to catch up and have a good time. I can’t imagine what life is going to be like when I don’t have them all next door to me…
